π What an incredible morning at our Year 3 Showcase of Talent! π Our Year 3 students wowed us with an outstanding display of confidence, creativity and courage as they shared their talents with one another. The audience was treated to a wonderful variety of performances, from hilarious comedy acts and energetic dance routines to beautiful piano recitals and captivating theatrical performances. Every student brought something unique to the stage, making it a joyful celebration of the many talents within our Year 3 community. We are so proud of every student who had the courage to perform. Last Friday night, our Year 5 and 6 students as well as staff took part in the Winter Stay Out in support of St Vincent de Paul. Through this experience, participants gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness while raising awareness and support for those in need. Year 5 and Year 6 students had an absolutely fantastic day at the Soccer Gala Day at Penrith, displaying outstanding grit, sportsmanship, and determination that left everyone in awe! Massive congratulations to our Year 6 girls team, who were crowned as undefeated champions in their pool! Thank you to our parent coaches and to all the parents and grandparents who added to the excitement with their presence and support.

What a fantastic way to end our excursion. Parliament House was both informative and engaging, and our children truly shone with their knowledge, confidence, and enthusiasm as they took part in a role-play demonstrating how a new bill is passed through Parliament.

We are grateful to the volunteers who led our Art Gallery tour this afternoon. Year 6 explored sculptures, paintings, and jewellery, and enjoyed drawing, mime, and observation activities. It was a wonderful opportunity to appreciate different art forms.
