This week, the bus people hopped onto a Candy Land Christmas bus that was heading into a decorating competition! 🎄 They tip-toed around the gumdrops and glitter, soaked in all the festive cuteness, and enjoyed the sweetest surprise ride ever.

Ever Since Noah found out Mrs McGrillen’s daughter is a paramedic, he’s been campaigning for a school visit. This week, Noah’s wish came true! Ms McGrillen’s daughter Darby as well as Mrs Gray’s son-in-law Michael (an Intensive Care Paramedic) brought an ambulance from the nearby Northmead Station to show Year 3! 🚑 Year 3 had a wonderful time learning about the equipment, the stretcher, what paramedics do and how they can become one.🩺⛑️ Thank you to Michael and Darby for volunteering your time to visit us. We have plenty of future paramedics in the making here in Year 3! 💪🚨

Thank you for enriching our school by helping to provide a nurturing learning environment where we are all invested in seeing our children thrive. Stage 2 Science Showcase – Food and Fibre 🌾💧 This term, Stage 2 has been delving into the fascinating world of food and fibre! Students have explored how different foods and products are grown, produced, and make their way from the paddock to our homes. Over the past few weeks, our young scientists have focused on the vital role of water irrigation in keeping farms thriving. Working in small groups, they designed and built their very own irrigation systems — combining creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving! This afternoon, students proudly presented their projects to parents, explaining how their designs help water flow efficiently to support crops. 🌱 A big thank you to all the parents who came along to support our budding engineers — we loved sharing our learning with you! 📸 Here are some photos from our Year 4 classrooms!
