On Monday 10th March, Mr Greg Whitby visited St Paul's to share his favourite picture book
It [the book] was called 'Hooray for Diffen Dater Day'. He read this story to Year 3. Year 3 were very excited to see his crazy socks and appreciated him giving up his time to come and visit. Photos from the day have been attached below.

The Year Fives had an amazing extended day of fun at their Narrabeen Sports and Recreation Centre excursion! 😎😎 The children completed many activities where they had to step out of their comfort zone while also testing their teamwork and coordination skills. 🏹🏹 The activities the children completed were: - initiatives - raft building - puzzle rooms - archery tag The children had a wonderful day, nothing but smiles and some tired teachers on the bus home! 🤪28 Oct 2026

Today, our Year 5 students had the privilege of celebrating Grandparents’ Day with the residents of Woodberry Village. 💛 As part of their Faith in Action, this was a wonderful opportunity to connect with our local community, share meaningful moments and bring joy to the residents. A beautiful reminder of the importance of kindness, connection and service to others!

⚽🧦Kicking Goals for Socktober!*🧦⚽ Today, our St Paul’s community came together to celebrate Socktober and support children in Malawi!💙🌍 Our students participated in a range of fun and meaningful activities, including creating sockballs, writing prayer cards filled with messages of hope and taking part in soccer challenges. Through these activities, students learnt how small acts of kindness and generosity can make a big difference in the lives of others. We are so proud of our students for embracing the spirit of faith in action and showing compassion for children and communities around the world. A HUGE thank you to our wonderful school community for your incredible generosity. Together, we have raised over $2,000!🎉 Every donation helps support the important work of Catholic Mission and brings hope to children and families from Malawi. 💛⚽️

Celebrating 40 years of Voice of Youth and the power of student voice
Six Year 6 students from 58 Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) Primary schools came together at St John XXIII Catholic College Stanhope Gardens on 22 September for the Voice of Youth Grand Final, showcasing their public speaking skills through a series of thoughtful and engaging speeches.

What a wonderful afternoon for Year 4! The students were so excited to welcome their parents into the classroom and proudly showcase their sustainable city designs. They loved sharing their knowledge of energy production, forces and sustainability, and showing off all the hard work and creativity that went into their projects. Miss Gray and some of our Year 5 and 6 students had a wonderful time taking part in the Socktober Launch! 🧦⚽ The day was a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness about people experiencing disadvantage and to encourage our students to think about the importance of compassion, service and social justice. Our students connected with teams from across CSPD, participated in a range of activities, created their very own Sockballs and wrote prayers for hope for those in need. It was a meaningful day filled with faith, fun and advocacy, reminding us that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. 💙
