Primary Athletics Carnival
On the 19th of June, primary attended the sports carnival at Kellyville. Everyone did very well in their 100 meter races and those who entered the 200 and 800 meters did a great job of completing their race. On the day students also participated in Shot Put and long jump ,we would like to congratulate everyone who received ribbons and certificates. and a huge congratulations to the runner ups and age champions. This year the St paul trophy was awarded to Jacob Voll in Year 5. All the colour houses did a great job in earning points but at the end of the day there always has to be a winner so coming 4th was Red, 3rd was Blue, 2nd was Green and 1st was Gold. We would like to thank all the teachers for their hard work but we would like to especially like to thank all the parent helpers that gave up their time and help run the day. Over all the day was so much fun and we got home ready to crash in bed.

Today, Mrs Sargent and Mrs Henebery held an enrichment numeracy group to provide greater extension and challenge through the depth, breadth and pace of instruction. This trial will be held over a five week period. This group will meet weekly to engage with rigorous mathematical problems and share their solutions using mathematical skills of communication, reasoning and flexibility. We are so proud of the children's enthusiasm for learning today, and their willingness to take on challenge and share solutions respectfully with each other.

โฝ๏ธ Yesterday, our Year 4 students had an absolute ball hosting their very own World Cup! ๐๐ Although their Soccer Gala Day was unfortunately postponed, it certainly didn't dampen their spirits. Instead, our students took to the field with enthusiasm, teamwork and plenty of determination as they created their own exciting tournament. It was wonderful to see everyone displaying great sportsmanship, encouraging one another and having fun! ๐โฝ

๐ What an incredible morning at our Year 3 Showcase of Talent! ๐ Our Year 3 students wowed us with an outstanding display of confidence, creativity and courage as they shared their talents with one another. The audience was treated to a wonderful variety of performances, from hilarious comedy acts and energetic dance routines to beautiful piano recitals and captivating theatrical performances. Every student brought something unique to the stage, making it a joyful celebration of the many talents within our Year 3 community. We are so proud of every student who had the courage to perform.
